From idea to working product.

I'm a full-stack developer who likes owning a project from the interface through to deployment, not just one slice of it. That's taken me across different worlds: payments, healthcare, language learning, trade directories, and team collaboration tools. I studied Computer Science at the University of Nairobi.

A payments platform supporting mobile-money and card payments with automated digital-asset conversion.

I built core backend services and a developer dashboard for integrating businesses, including authentication, payment initialization, transaction status tracking, webhook handling, and Playwright coverage for critical login and setup flows.

A movie ticketing and reservation product built around a React client and Go services.

I designed an asynchronous email pipeline using RabbitMQ, tiered retries, dead-letter exchanges, a transactional outbox for reliable event publication, and idempotent consumers to safely handle duplicate deliveries.
